The effort to hire a new University president took a major step forward as the Board of Trustees hired a firm to aid in the search. The Michigan Technological University Board of Trustees has selected the firm of Storbeck/Pimentel & Associates to assist in the search for the University’s next president.
At a special meeting on Friday, June 2, the Michigan Technological University Board of Trustees unanimously appointed members of a Presidential Search Committee.

Michigan Technological University President Glenn D. Mroz announced his intention to return to faculty starting no sooner than June 30, 2018.
